How do I use Pea Protein Powder?

Pea protein powder is a great source for boosting your protein intake and can assist in building lean muscle as well as being used for weight loss as a meal replacement.

Most people use pea protein powder with rice protein powder in a 50/50 ratio mixed into smoothies or into water or juice for post-workout. Around 30-40 grams can be used in a serve depending on how pure your protein powder is.

On a weight loss diet, no more than 2 meals should be replaced per day. For weight loss, protein should be ingested directly after a workout.
