Ingredients
Ketologie delivers 23.3% protein, 0% net carbs and 41.7% Fats in their Keto Shake.
Protein is provided from Grass-Fed Bovine Collagen, with fat content delivered by the inclusion of Coconut Oil which is the highest volume ingredient in this shake.
Organic Erythritol and Stevia are added for sweetening and Dutched Cocoa and Natural Vanilla Flavor for taste. Sea Salt is used as a flavor enhancer. Xanthan Gum is used as a stabilizer and thickener which helps provide a creamy texture. Soluble Corn Fiber is added which helps promote good bacteria growth in the lower intestine and increases calcium absorption. Sodium Caseinate which is also known as casein is added and helps provide a fuller feeling longer as well as slowing digestion. Lastly, Sunflower Lecithin is added to help with the product mixability.

Ketologie has a perfect balance of protein to healthy fats derived from the included coconut oil.
This product should make replacing meals while maintaining ketosis a breeze and should be especially effective in helping you meet your weight loss goals.
Taste
We tried the chocolate and frankly the taste was awesome and with the perfect level of sweetness for us.
This is not dark chocolate with a cocoa aftertaste, but a delicious milk chocolate flavor with a great smooth texture.
Value
Keep in mind that our formula for protein cost is more weighted to calculating the effective value of only the protein delivered. In the case of keto products, the protein content is not so important as the balance between the protein and fat, with minimal to no carbs. For this reason, most keto products score a protein cost that is very high but doesn’t accurately reflect the overall value of the product.
However, Ketologie is not super cheap by any means, but neither is the competition. In the niche market of keto protein products, this product is the most expensive we have reviewed, but not by much. It’s also the best we have reviewed to date. Following a keto diet can be a tough balance, but can also be very effective at shedding those pounds. The value in a product like this is in taking out the often complex calculations with a simple and easy to consume meal replacement. In this product, you’re paying for convenience!
Conclusion
While not the cheapest weight loss powder on the market, it is possibly the best ketogenic product and at a price per serve that is still less than half of what you might pay for a meal. If you are serious about your weight loss goals, this product offers you a less complicated and more delicious option that you’re less likely to give up on. After all, if you’re going to deny yourself a meal, you might as well splurge a little on great quality and taste!
