How much rice protein powder should I use?

It's reasonably difficult to take too much rice protein powder, however, we advise not to use more than 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. This should be sufficient for muscle development with a rigorous workout routine. Rice protein powder can also be used for meal replacement for weight loss, but no more than two meals should be replaced. Keep in mind that the body can only process a maximum of 30 grams of protein over a 3-hour digestion period. Taking in excess of this will not provide additional benefits.

Long-term excessive use of more than 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is not advisable, as it has been associated with increased health risks.
