How much beef protein powder should I use?

A serving of Beef protein powder should include 25-30 grams of protein content. In most cases, a recommended serving size is provided by the manufacturer. We do not advise taking more than 30 grams of protein at any one time, as your body cannot digest more than this over the next 2-3 hour period.

The total amount of protein you require in a day will largely depend on the amount of physical activity you do. As a guide, you should be taking between about 0.35 to 0.75 grams of protein per pound of body weight in a day, depending on your athletic activity level.

You should not exceed 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This is because long-term excessive protein intake over this level has been associated with a range of health risks.
