How do I use Protein Powder to gain weight?

For those that have difficulty maintaining or gaining weight, protein powder can be a useful tool. Gaining weight requires increasing calorie intake and this is where “weight gainers” provide protein, carbs and safe fats to boost calorie intake.

For weight gain we recommend using weight gainer in the late afternoon or early evening. This will allow you to store excess calories as fat when your metabolic rate is lowered during this period. Weight gainer can be mixed with juice or milk for best results.
