How do I use Beef Protein Powder?
Beef protein powder is best used as part of a routine for building lean muscle strength. Most beef protein powders will included recommended serving size, however a 25-30 gram serve of protein taken after a workout will supply you with the protein you need for muscle repair and growth.
The total amount of beef protein powder you can take depends on your other protein sources throughout a day. An adult requires between 0.35 and 0.75 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day. You should not exceed 1 gram per pound and the long term overuse of protein has been associated with a possible increase in some health risks.
