Protein powder can make an idea meal replacement and there are many products designed specifically to do so. Protein powder helps make you feel full for longer without the fats and carbohydrates which your body can readily convert to fat.
When using protein powder as a meal replacement, its advisable to only replace one meal a day unless you have medical advice. It’s also important to consider your nutritional needs and to supplement with a good multivitamin.
